Happy with how these turned out. 260-275 on my offset. Right at 170 internal, I wrapped them in butcher paper and finished in the oven at 275. At 202 internal there was no resistance from my temp probe so I pulled them. Rested 1 hour on the counter wrapped in a towel. Right about 9 hours total including rest.
